For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.
All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
Order Types & Delivery Timelines
We offer two types of orders — Stock Orders and Pre-Orders — each with different processing and delivery timelines.
Stock Orders Stock orders are items available in our warehouse and ready to ship.
- Processing time: Shipped within 1–3 business days of order and payment confirmation.
- Delivery time: Typically delivered within 7–12 days, subject to courier company or postal service norms.
Pre-Orders (Import Orders) Some items at Jersey Inside are available on a pre-order / import-on-demand basis. These items are sourced and imported specifically for your order, and the process takes approximately 35–40 days from order confirmation. Here's a breakdown of the journey:
- Order Acceptance — We accept pre-orders on a rolling two-week cycle to streamline processing and ensure efficiency.
- Manufacturer Processing — Once your pre-order is confirmed, our manufacturer processes it with meticulous attention to detail — typically 4–5 days.
- Transit to Hub — The processed order is dispatched to a transit hub, which takes approximately 8–11 days.
- Arrival & Intake — Upon arrival at the destination hub, items are brought into our facility within 48 hours.
- Warehouse to Delivery — Depending on the mode of transportation, products take an additional 3–7 days to reach our warehouse, after which they are dispatched to you.
We appreciate your patience with pre-orders — this process is integral to our commitment to delivering jerseys of unparalleled quality without compromise.
Replacement Shipments
Once a returned product is received and inspected, the replacement process will be initiated. The replacement item will be shipped within 1–3 days and is typically delivered within 7–12 days, subject to courier company or postal service norms.
Liability
Jersey Inside is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the courier or postal authorities within the stipulated processing time, or as per any mutually agreed delivery schedule.
